Can you identify the different pests and diseases in field conditions? Join us for a one-hour live session as your instructor assess your knowledge and understanding of the different pests of rice. Make sure that you are familiar with the symptoms of the different diseases and insect pest damages. Remember, proper pest identification leads to proper planning for community pest prevention and management.
The first part of the activity is
pest identification (multiple choice). The instructor will show three picture
clues for each item, nine items in total. There will be a short discussion at
picture clues 1 and 2. Participants will be asked to provide a final answer
after picture clue number 3 using their flashcards.
For the second part, the instructor
will ask the participants to illustrate a selected topic for 10 minutes.
Selected participants will be given 5 minutes to present and discuss their
illustration.
One point will be earned for every
correct answer. Points may also be earned during the discussion.

The second part of the Online Usability Assessment is the Live activity. It includes the usability testing wherein the users will be asked to perform usability tasks for the website, WebApp and PRIMESTAT.
After the usability testing of PRIME tools, a focus group discussion (FGD) will also be conducted to gather in-depth understanding about these tools.

We want to test your knowledge on crop health assessment and your familiarity with using our tool, PRIME Collect. Join us for a one-hour live session for a pest survey simulation. We will provide a scenario and we will check your knowledge in pest monitoring and accomplishing the PRIME Collect forms. Make sure to review your lessons on pest identification, too!

The first part of the activity is the Q and A. The instructor will show the question with illustration(s) for each item. Participants will be given enough time to read the question and assess the illustration(s). They will be asked to provide a final answer after the given time using their flashcards.
The second part of the activity is the Pest Survey. The instructor will ask the participants to encode a set of data based on a given illustration. The instructor will guide the participants to each data and will give participants enough time to encode.
One point will be earned for every correct answer.
